海狸GST融合蛋白纯化磁珠是专为高效、快速纯化谷胱甘肽S-转移酶(GST)融合蛋白而设计的一种新型功能化材料, 可通过磁性分离方式直接从生物样品中一步纯化出高纯度的目标蛋白,极大地简化纯化工艺和提高纯化效率,适合 科研和工业领域便捷地进行GST融合蛋白的纯化。

应用实例

1. 磁珠与传统层析柱纯化GST融合蛋白对比

注:图中2%、5%、10%、20%和100%指的是分别用谷胱甘肽含量为0.2mM、0.5mM、1mM和10mM的缓冲液对吸附目标蛋白后的磁珠进行洗脱。

2.平行操作稳定性高,可方便实现高通量和大规模蛋白纯化

结果:CV(目标蛋白纯度) = 1.6%,CV( 目标蛋白载量)= 4.5%。

此外,放大规模纯化样品时,只需同比例增加磁珠用量即可,并不影响目标蛋白的产率和纯度,完全不存在流速和样品体积的限制,海狸磁珠更加适用于大规模蛋白纯化生产。

3.不同批次间产品使用性能稳定,批次间差异小

结果:CV(目标蛋白纯度)= 0.7%,CV( 目标蛋白载量)= 4.7%

4.可重复使用

结果显示:同一样品,重复使用5次后,其目标蛋白载量没有明显下降,目标蛋白纯度基本不变。为了保障纯化的质量,建议3~5次后,进行清洗使用处理。
