Introduction

BeaverBeads™ Viral DNA/RNA Kit is designed for the rapid purification of viral DNA and RNA from a variety of samples including plasma, serum, cerebral spinal fluid, amniotic fluid, tissue, sample collection solution or other cell-free body fluids. The kits use magnetic beads technology for rapid and effective purification of DNA or RNA without of organic extraction or alcohol precipitation. Users may purify DNA/RNA for a variety of target sources within 40 min.

Applications

  1. The BeaverBeads™ Viral DNA/RNA kit can be used for AIV RNA extraction from allantoic fluid. The quantity of the RNA was detected using real-time q-PCR.

    The yield of AIV RNA extracted with BeaverBeads™ Viral DNA/RNA Kit is higher than competitor 1, and equal to competitor 2.

  2. The BeaverBeads™ Viral DNA/RNA kit can be used for JEV RNA extraction from Cell culture supernatants. The quantity of the RNA was detected using real-time q-PCR.

    The yield of JEV RNA extracted with BeaverBeads™ Viral DNA/RNA Kit is higher than both competitor 1 and competitor 2.
