小鼠 CD8+ T 细胞分选试剂盒是通过阴性分选法从小鼠脾脏细胞或其它组织的单细胞悬液中分离出 CD8+ T 细胞。原理是选用不同的生物素（biotin）标记单克隆抗体对非目的细胞（非 CD8+T 细胞）进行标 记，而后通过链霉亲和素（streptavidin）标记的磁珠对非目标细胞进行清除，从而达到小鼠 CD8+ T 细胞 分选的目的。分选过程需要用到磁吸分离器。

简单、快速：15分钟即可分选得到目的细胞；
无需分离柱：使用磁性分离器即可实现目的细胞的快速分离；
高纯度：分选细胞纯度可达95%以上；
高活性：分选后可获得99%以上的活性细胞、且细胞功能良好。

图1. 使用BeaverBeads Mouse CD8+ T Cell Isolation Kit (negative selection)从C57BL/6小鼠脾脏细胞中分选CD8+ T细胞。分选前和分选后的细胞用FITC标记的anti-mouse CD8抗体（克隆号53-6.7）染色后进行流式细胞仪分析，分选前后的CD8+ T细胞纯度分别为13.8%和97.1%。
